By using PitchBud you agree to the following:

1. You are responsible for the truthfulness of releases you publish through PitchBud.
2. You will not use PitchBud to send unsolicited bulk email outside the intended journalist-pitch workflow.
3. PitchBud is a tool — it does not guarantee press coverage or specific outcomes.
4. You retain ownership of releases you draft on PitchBud. By publishing, you grant PitchBud a non-exclusive license to syndicate the release to the destinations you select.
5. Refunds within 7 days of subscription if you haven't published a release; otherwise pro-rata at our discretion.
