PitchBud is operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC. We collect only the data necessary to operate the service: account email, releases you draft, journalist research we perform on your behalf, and the press releases you publish through us.

What we store

• Your account email and password hash
• Press releases you draft, edit, and publish
• Journalist contact data we discover and cache
• Pitch send history and reply tracking when you opt in
• Standard server logs (IP, user-agent, page accessed)

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't send pitches from a shared IP — pitches go from your own inbox.
• We don't share your draft releases with third parties before you publish.
